Understand the standard broker pathway
Pennsylvania’s standard broker route generally requires 240 hours (16 credits) of qualifying education and at least three years of qualifying salesperson experience, or an equivalent accepted by the Commission. The Commission must approve your eligibility before you register for the broker examinations.
Accepted degree, prior-coursework and experience alternatives have their own conditions. Review the state’s guidance before assuming that previous education or a particular class counts.
Build a course plan before enrolling
List the qualifying courses and credits you have completed, then identify what remains. Ask about the specific course approval, credit value, teaching format and dates. One class does not fulfill the entire broker pathway.
The availability notice and listing below show Elite’s current broker options. Check the provider on any external course you are considering: enrollment, learning access and completion documents belong to that provider.
