For the salesperson education path, begin with Real Estate Fundamentals, then continue with Real Estate Practice. If you already hold a license or want a different learning path, browse the course categories or ask the academy.

Fundamentals has 30 course hours and Practice has 45. Together they total 75 hours. Completing courses is separate from taking a licensing exam and applying for a license.

Yes. The website offers the individual courses and a Salesperson License Bundle containing both. Choose your course or bundle, then review the available schedules and current fee.

Fundamentals and Practice are the education step. For the standard Pennsylvania salesperson path, you also follow the exam process, arrange an employing broker and apply through PALS. Read the licensing steps and application resources before planning your enrollment.
