A true diamond in the rough.

There is no shortage of real estate educators or classes out there — but it is rare to find an instructor with the patience and the energy to actually teach the material we need as agents to succeed. Trent Pettus and Elite Real Estate Academy are that rare find.

I completed my real estate education with Elite Real Estate Academy and passed my exams with flying colors. I'm now practicing real estate in Pennsylvania, and I credit a lot of that to the way the material was taught — not just enough to pass a test, but enough to actually understand the business.

If you're interested in becoming a real estate salesperson, I recommend Elite Real Estate Academy without hesitation.

I’ve taken a real estate class before, but the level of confidence, knowledge, and understanding I gained from taking Trent Pettus’s class is remarkable! 🙌🏾

If you’re struggling to understand real estate, preparing to pass your exam, or simply want to truly understand real estate as a whole, Trent Pettus is your guy! He has a way of teaching that makes everything easier to understand, and he genuinely wants his students to succeed.

He is truly the GURU of Real Estate! 🏆📚🏡

I had a very positive experience with this real estate class. The course was informative, well organized, and helped me develop a much better understanding of real estate principles and practices.

Me Trent did a great job explaining important topics such as contracts, property ownership, financing, agency relationships, real estate taxes and liens, and the transfer of title. I especially appreciated the way difficult concepts were broken down and explained with practical examples.

The class also helped me feel more prepared for the Pennsylvania real estate licensing exam. The study materials, discussions, and review of key concepts gave me a stronger foundation and increased my confidence.

I would recommend this course to anyone who is serious about obtaining their real estate license and building a solid understanding of the real estate industry.

Trent was one of the best teachers I have had throughout my education. He was extremely detailed and did an excellent job explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand, even when the material was challenging. You could tell that he genuinely cared about his students and wanted everyone to succeed. What stood out most to me was how passionate and dedicated Trent was about real estate and teaching. He took the time to make sure we understood the material rather than simply going through the lessons. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made the class a great learning experience. I truly appreciate everything he taught me and would highly recommend this academy to anyone taking a real estate course.

As a former professor myself, I hold instructional quality to an exceptionally high standard, and my experience taking the Pennsylvania real estate pre-licensing course with Trent L. Pettus at Elite Real Estate Academy exceeded every expectation. Real estate pre-licensing coursework is inherently dense, loaded with complex terminology, state regulations, and highly technical concepts that can easily become dry and overwhelming.

However, Trent possesses a rare and genuine talent for instructional design and delivery. He masterfully breaks down intricate subject matter into highly digestible, practical components while maintaining an energetic, engaging classroom environment from day one to the finish line. His enthusiasm is contagious, and his deep mastery of the field ensures that students aren't just memorizing information to pass an exam, but are actually building a solid foundation for a successful real estate career.

If you are looking for top-tier education, professional polish, and an instructor who truly knows how to connect with adult learners, look no further than Elite Real Estate Academy and Trent Pettus. This was a phenomenal investment of my time—five stars all around!
