Which courses start the salesperson path?
The academy's salesperson path pairs 30-hour Real Estate Fundamentals with 45-hour Real Estate Practice. Start with the salesperson license courses to compare what each covers. Course completion, licensing examinations and the license application are separate steps. Read the Pennsylvania licensing requirements before making your plan.
How do live online classes work?
Classes take place live on Zoom, with an instructor and a scheduled start time. Review the individual lesson dates before choosing a schedule. You will need a reliable internet connection and a device suitable for participating in class. Read our guide to joining from Pennsylvania and Zoom setup checklist before your first class.
Can I enroll in both courses together?
The Salesperson License Bundle includes Fundamentals and Practice. A bundle is available only when both included schedules are open for enrollment. Use the course booking box above to compare the available courses and bundles, then choose your schedule.
Where are the fees and class dates?
Each course page lists its current fee, saved schedules and lesson dates. Times are Eastern. If there is no open schedule for the course you want, contact the academy about upcoming dates before making plans.
Which textbook should I get?
Fundamentals and Practice use Modern Real Estate Practice in Pennsylvania, 15th Edition. The course textbook page has the original cover and links to print and digital editions. Check the edition and retailer's delivery or access details before ordering.
Where do I find my class links?
Your student account keeps paid courses, class schedules and classroom access together. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout. Open My Courses for your lesson information and any recordings the academy has published for your schedule.
