This live exam prep class is for students who have finished, or are finishing, their Pennsylvania pre-licensing courses and want a structured final review before test day. The class runs on Zoom from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Eastern Time, with short breaks.
What we review
- How the exam is organized: the national portion and the Pennsylvania state portion
- Agency, disclosure and the duties licensees owe to clients and customers
- Contracts, listing and buyer agreements, and agreements of sale
- Property ownership, land use, deeds and transfer of title
- Finance, valuation and the real estate math that appears on the exam
- Pennsylvania license law, Real Estate Commission rules and fair housing
How the day works
Each topic starts with a short review, followed by exam-style practice questions that we work through together so you understand why each answer is right. Bring your questions: the instructor answers them live.
