For Lehigh Valley students

Allentown and Lehigh Valley real estate classes, live online.

Prepare for Pennsylvania salesperson education from Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton or elsewhere in the Lehigh Valley. Join Elite’s live Zoom classes and use one regional guide to plan the courses, schedule and local questions.

One learning plan for the Lehigh Valley

Choose a course by the credential and learning format you need, rather than by how close its name sounds to your home. The Greater Lehigh Valley Real Estate Academy FAQ demonstrates the region's range of questions: initial licensing, online study, first renewal and association training are different decisions.

Elite's linked Fundamentals and Practice courses are scheduled live Zoom classes. You can join from your prepared learning space in the Lehigh Valley. The same live online classes serve students in Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton.

Compare instructor contact, lesson times and completion policies before choosing. Ask what happens when work, a connection issue or another commitment interrupts a lesson. A course's online label does not establish its attendance or makeup rules.

Decide which course or pathway you need

Begin with the salesperson course overview if you are planning the standard beginner route. It links to Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice, with actual enrollment choices and current availability.

If you have completed a course already, gather the transcript and completion date. Review the Pennsylvania licensing requirements guide before assuming that an old course or another state's education covers what you need now. Ask the academy about the specific remaining component before purchasing a second full pathway.

If you are already licensed, start from the continuing-education guide instead. Initial licensing education and first-renewal modules serve different purposes. Association training should also be checked against the organization's own requirements rather than assumed to be identical to state CE.

Plan live attendance around the whole calendar

Look at every date in the class schedule, not only the first evening. Check for overlap between courses and allow time for reading, review and course assessments. Times are shown in Eastern Time.

Test your intended device and audio through the technology checklist. Keep the textbook and a question list ready. If a listed class has begun, contact the academy about joining before making a purchase or assuming earlier lessons can be replaced.

Learn to check a current local source

Allentown offers a useful example of why property research needs a current source. The city's ZONE Allentown update says the new zoning ordinance and map took effect on January 1, 2026. A map saved before that change may not answer a present question.

As a study exercise, use the city's current page to locate the map and identify where the adopted information differs from earlier drafts. Note the source, date and what you still need to ask. This connects classroom discussions of land use and source verification with a specific regional example.

The city's map gallery includes GIS, zoning, historic and flood information, and warns that a displayed zoning map may not reflect the latest rezonings. A map is a starting point for questions, not permission for a property use. Refer a property-specific question to the responsible municipal office and appropriate professional.

Prepare for the next career conversation

When speaking with a Lehigh Valley brokerage, ask how a new agent learns local document procedures, locates reliable municipal information and gets unfamiliar situations reviewed. Compare the actual supervision and training arrangement, not just a compensation headline.

Keep your licensing plan separate from that interview. Course completion, the licensing examinations and the state application are different steps. The requirements guide supplies the broader route while the course pages supply the current class offer.

Questions from Lehigh Valley students

Are these in-person Allentown classes?

The courses on this page meet live online. Prepare your Zoom setup and a quiet place to participate from the Lehigh Valley.

Can I join from Bethlehem or Easton?

Students in Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton can join the same live online course options. Choose the course and schedule that fit your education needs.

Does a seminar satisfy my renewal requirement?

Check the course's approval and the requirement it covers before buying it for renewal. A relevant topic or a total-hours label is not enough to establish equivalence.
